CompuNet Welcomes New CEO
Lisa Rich-Milan assumes CEO role on September 29
September 25, 2014 – Effective Monday, September 29, 2014, Lisa Rich-Milan will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer for CompuNet Clinical Laboratories.
As CEO, Lisa will lead the business and operations of CompuNet, which serves physicians, hospitals, healthcare industry organizations, and employers throughout Southwest Ohio. Along with her local reporting relationship to the CompuNet Clinical Laboratories Board of Directors, she will report directly to Mohammed Khan, Vice-President of Operations, Quest Diagnostics (Great Lakes Region) with dotted-line reporting to John Haydon, Quest Diagnostics Vice-President, Joint Ventures and Strategic Programs.
Lisa has had an impressive career in the healthcare industry. Prior to joining CompuNet, she has led the channel sales organization at Roche Diagnostics, setting and delivering strategic direction for U.S. payors, including regional and government channels. Lisa has also held sales and marketing leadership positions at pharmaceutical companies, including Synthon Pharmaceuticals, Daiichi Sankyo, UCB, and Bristol-Myers Squibb. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree from the University of Dayton - Dayton, Ohio.
The Board of Directors wishes to thank John Manier, Chief Financial Officer, for serving as Interim CEO during the transition. Having had a dual role as CFO and Interim CEO John has led the company well during the past eight months.
