Whether you need confidential lab results or just want to check on your current health status, you can order your own lab tests without a prescription.

A comprehensive package of tests for the heart, kidneys, liver, and thyroid. Also includes a diabetes screen and a High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) test which predicts your risk for cardiovascular disease. Fasting required.

Women's Health Profile with Glycohemoglobin A1c $120

Men’s Health Profile $95
A comprehensive package of tests for the heart, kidneys, and liver. Also includes a diabetes screen and a PSA screen and a High-sensitivity C-Reactive Protein (hs-CRP) test which predicts your risk for cardiovascular disease. Fasting required.

Vitamin D Panel $75
Used to detect Vitamin D deficiency.

Cardiac Health Screen $40
Test that determines your risk for heart attack or stroke. Fasting required.

What is fasting?
To fast, do not eat or drink anything except water for 8-12 hours before blood test. DO NOT stop taking prescription medicine while you fast. If your doctor advises you to eat food with your medicine, talk to your doctor before fasting.
