Online Appointments – COVID-19, Flu, Strep Throat Cultures, or RSV Testing

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR COVID-19, FLU, STREP CULTURE, OR RSV TEST APPOINTMENT:

  •  If you are scheduling for travel, you must leave at least 48 hours for COVID test results.

  • We accept credit cards for COVID testing. COVID PCR: $100, COVID Antigen: $60.

  • For Strep testing, a doctor's order is required. This is not available at this time for self-order. 

 
  • For COVID-19, Flu, Strep Culture, or RSV testing appointments: Please remain in your car when you arrive and follow the instructions on the parking lot sign. Do not enter the building.  

 

  • If you experience an issue scheduling online using Internet Explorer, try a different browser like Chrome, Edge, or Firefox.

Lebanon – Otterbein Union Village - COVID Antigen, PCR, Flu, Strep, and RSV testing. 

Montgomery (Cincinnati area) - COVID  PCR, Flu, Strep, and RSV testing. Please note: COVID Antigen testing is not offered at this location.

Moraine - 2308 Sandridge Drive -  COVID Antigen, PCR, Flu, Strep, and RSV testing. 

Springfield -  COVID PCR, Flu, Strep, and RSV testing. 

Troy Patient Service Center - 1850 W. Main St. - Flu, Strep, and RSV testing available.

West Chester - Tylersville - PCR, Flu, Strep, and RSV testing. 

(NOTE: Please follow these directions for the West Chester Tylersville location if you are scheduling for COVID/Flu testing. Do not enter the building. Follow the arrows for parking and call 513-378-4720 when you arrive.)
