How to Order CompuNet Direct Testing Online
- Order Your Test Online
Browse available tests. Select your test(s) and complete your purchase securely with a credit or debit card. Your order will be sent directly to our system. - Visit a Patient Service Center
Schedule an appointment or walk in at the Patient Service Center location most convenient for you. - Check In Upon Arrival
When you arrive, use the kiosk at the Patient Service Center to check in for your lab collection. - Get Your Sample Collected
Our experienced phlebotomists will collect your blood or specimen sample and send it to the lab for testing. - Access Your Results Online
Once your results are ready, view your confidential lab report through My Labs Now. We encourage you to share your results with your healthcare provider for follow-up care if needed.
When You Arrive
- Check-in at the Patient Service Center’s kiosk and ask for a CompuNet Direct order form. We accept checks, credit, and debit cards.
- Our skilled phlebotomist will draw a blood sample and send it to the lab.
- You may access your online confidential, personalized lab report as soon as results are released at My Labs Now. We highly recommend that you share your lab report with your healthcare provider.

- Tests cannot be submitted for claims to insurance companies.
- Patient is responsible for sharing results with a healthcare provider.
- Payment by check or credit card accepted – our apologies – we cannot accept cash payments.
- Your personalized lab report is available at My Labs Now.
