CompuNet’s phone tree for the main CompuNet number (937-296-0844 and 800-686-2252) has changed. The options on the current phone tree were reviewed and the decision was made to streamline the number of selections to better direct calls.
The new phone tree gives 3 options to callers:
- Press 1 for Healthcare Facility
- Press 2 for Patient
- Press 3 for CompuNet Employee
From each of these selections we have further selection options that match the needs of that given group.
- With this change we have added a Processing selection to the phone tree Healthcare Facilities
- Direct department lines will continue to work as they currently do
